SEC EDGAR filings are made freely available by the SEC, and the financial facts within them are not subject to copyright. Other data — including series redistributed through third-party aggregators and data supplied by commercial market-data providers — remains subject to the rights and terms of its originating source, and may not be redistributed or resold through the Service.

Our structured datasets, normalizations, and derived calculations represent our value-added processing of the underlying data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Present Value and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from:
